Interesting, what is your view on technology and HR?
Technology and digitalisation are no longer side activities in HR – they are enablers of more human, sustainable, and data-driven ways of working. For HR, this brings a new responsibility: to understand, drive, and lead change.
Why did you start HR Digi?
I’m passionate about shaping the future of HR – where technology, data and AI are used to help people grow, be treated fairly, and find the right place in working life – to the benefit of both individuals and organisations.
What do you personnally do to reach this goal?
I deliver keynotes, facilitate networks, provide strategic advice and coach organisations. Since 2019, I’ve been sharing insights and sparking curiosity through the HR Digitalisation Podcast – for HR professionals and everyone interested in the future of work.
