For the third consecutive year, Anna Carlsson has been named to HR Executive's Top 100 HR Tech Influencers for 2026. It is a recognition she does not take lightly.

For years she has worked to build both the knowledge and the actual use of technology, data and AI in HR across the Nordics. Through her advisory work, the podcast, the newsletter, the training and the many conversations along the way.
